REFUND POLICY: Any refund request will be sent in the form of shop credit to be used on the website.

CANCELATIONS: Cancelations must be made within 24 hrs of placing an order. After that time frame, I will no longer accept cancelations.

I do not accept exchanges or returns due to items being handmade & customizable.

SHIPPING: all items ship ground advantage in 5-7 business days. Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays are not considered business days. Once a package has left my hands, it is unfortunately out of my control. I will however do my best to fix or replace a missing package.
